Calendula Officinalis is a plant that has been used for medicinal purposes since the 12th century due to it's documented biological properties that include having anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects. The Calendula plant contains flavonoids, carotenoids, amino acids and steroids just to mention a few and, has successfully been used to treat skin conditions and types of dermatitis and for wound healing.
LoveBodyNaturals uses organically grown Calendula plants that go through a slow extraction process in olive oil. That olive oil is one of the oils used in making this soap. Calendula is the star of this bar of soap that is only made better with the addition of Manuka honey, handmade Oatmilk, colloidal oatmeal and oat extract.

Ingredients: Water, Oat Milk, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter, Calendula Extract, Manuka Honey, Colloidal Oatmeal, Oat Extract, Essential Oils of- Lavender, Bergamot & Frankincense.
This soap is made through saponification using sodium hydroxide - the only way true soap is made.

Details
Our handmade soap contains botanical oils, lye and water. A chemical reaction, called saponification, converts the lye and oils into soap. This soap is cured for 6 weeks. This process renders the lye inactive resulting in a gentle nourishing bar of soap.

Water, Goat's Milk, Pink Himalayan Salt, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Shea butter, Castor Oil, Lye, Pink Kaolin Clay, Essential Oils - Spearmint, Peppermint and Eucalyptus.
